40 years. He has worked at MD level for companies employing more than
200 but equally has worked with SME’s with 2 to 250 employees and is
SFEDI accredited. David has carried out over 300 assignments for
Norfolk Firms.

He provided them with access to 3 new income streams without their need to invest. An Internet facility, a credit card real-time money exchange system and a gym club. Training and CPD management Here a pub company had only a limited budget, so David used the budget alongside Business Link and LSC and RDA services to increase the range of training. The addition budget gave monies to install better selection and Career Development planning for the company. Mentoring David works with a few selected clients on their individual operational problems. Like an entrepreneur with poor PR, marketing and presentational skills; a MD who wants to meet clients and focus on issues that effect his business.
